Satel Integra32 Alarm System: Ethm1+ Network Connection Issue with Integra App

Hi all,

I recently installed a Satel Integra32 alarm system with an Ethm1 network connection.
After all the configuration, I'm not able to connect with the Integra App, the message "connection error" appears
I configured the connection through the Satel server, and I'm able to connect with the panel with the DloadX software.

Would there be someone to help me?
