[Solved] Huawei Band 4 Not Turning On: Charging, Manual & Rejected Complaint Advice Needed

please help. I bought a phone, the price was the Huawei Band 4. This band does not work, or I can not turn it on. I submitted a complaint, but it was rejected as unfounded. The manual says that it will turn on by itself after charging. However, this does not happen, do you know how to turn it on, thank you in advance for your help.
