Whirlpool WIC 3C26 P Dishwasher: Error Starting, Water Leak & Hole Fix, Electronics Issues

I have a problem with the above-mentioned dishwasher. All the problems started when the bottom of the dishwasher rotted (two-year-old defacto) and the water began to leak out. Fortunately, the hole has been located and patched. Unfortunately, a problem with the electronics began (it is possible that it got into the electronics, but before starting it, I checked if it was dry everywhere). Namely, after turning on the dishwasher, you can immediately hear the relays shooting.

After turning on, the display sometimes shows the number 9 (although there are only 8 programs), after turning it off and on again, the display allows you to select a program. After closing the door, you hear the signal to start work, but the dishwasher does not start the cycle and after some time the display shows the number 11. The components of the dishwasher as far as I could have checked and are operational (no breaks in the continuity of the wires, the liquid level sensor is working properly and the pumps too). Gentlemen, any ideas? Someone may have had a similar problem or has some experience with electronics from this dishwasher (electronics is Indesit 0283 06 - photos attached)

Hello, 11 is a hydrostat error. Clean it and it should be ok.
This 9 is maybe error code 9 water supply valve open.
