Whirlpool ADP8797 Dishwasher: Resolving Alternating Error Codes E4 F4 - Drainage & Water Intake

After switching on the dishwasher it waits about 1 minute. and error E4 F4 appears alternately. I checked if there is no water at the bottom, if it drains water and it is OK. I have the impression that the water is not consumed but the relay has resistance so it is rather OK. Now it remains to check whether voltage is supplied to start the valve. But maybe you have any other ideas? Maybe it works differently and something is still being checked by the dishwasher before it starts taking water.

I read it correctly. I suspect that the reason is the process of collecting water but I do not know what is going on and what the dishwasher's operating scheme looks like. I checked the OWI sensor, i.e. I took it out and after starting the dishwasher with the camera of the cell I observed light pulses. On the wires I see that the water enters the salt reservoir and I do not know what to do next.

I called a crew, checked the dishwasher and pointed to the pump. The cost is about PLN 400. They made us think and canceled for arrival and diagnosis PLN 70. I disconnected the dishwasher from the network, checked the pump that I think works, connected to the network again and the dishwasher works without problems (the programmer has reset). In this way I paid amateurs for arrival and incompetence.
