Today I have a ConnectBox modem connected to me. The technicians came out saying he should turn on right now. Well, I'm waiting, waiting, just like 2 hours. In the end, I think something is wrong, I check and he keeps resetting. Call UPC, they say, hard reset, I do. Does not work. They say the technicians will not come until Monday, and I need the internet right now. Anyone know what might be going on? I say right away, I checked the cables. Modem connects to upc normally, green arrows blink then light normally then resets. I am also unable to access the router settings. Please help me quickly.

What do you mean it doesn't work when you reset the box?

UPC does not block access to its modems, modem routers.
What is the reason why you cannot log in to the box?

I hold the reset button on the back of the housing and wait for the leds to start flashing. After that, I let go and wait for the router to restart.

Probably the fact that the router is literally half a minute after connecting to UPC (so he concludes, because the green led with arrows stops flashing and lights up normally) resets. At that time, I can only load google, maybe facebook, and when I go to 192.168.0.1 I write that the site is not available.

Since you can not even enter the modem, we will not do anything through the forum (we will not suspect the DS / US signal, whether there are T3 errors, which is in the event log).

Contact the operator and arrange a service technician to replace the modem with another device and check the DOCSIS signal in your apartment.
