Hello, I bought a new Acer Nitro 5 laptop and I can't install Windows on it because it doesn't detect my drive. I would like to add that the laptop was bought without a system and without an HDD, but it has a built-in 512GB SSD, but it does not show it to me in the bios in the boot tab, but if I enter the bios in information, it shows me that a micron 2200 ssd is connected. What to do I have reviewed all the posts Googled it and no one else has encountered this problem. Sorry if this post is in the wrong place, I'm new here.

Also, specify what media you are installing win10 from and how this media is prepared. Is there UEFI in Bios?

Only UEFI has no legacy. with a pendrive because I don't have a cd rom. I will add that I took my disk from an old laptop hdd with win 7 installed and connected it to nitro 5 and it does not detect it for me. and on the old lap everything runs beautifully nicely :)

in this video I can do the same, I run the windows installer from a pen, but when I want to choose which partition to install windows on, I have nothing to choose from and a message pops up that there is no disk. I will add that winows is from 3 years ago somehow. Maybe you need to download the latest version because the laptop was bought a few days ago.

Download a new image 1909 (64bit), make a pen in GPT with Rufus and try to install.

Where did you get the partitions from when you formatted the disk with the "clean" command?

I did not use any commands, the new downloaded win10 was enough to read the disk to me.
