There is a problem with one left JBL 225 TWS earphone, exactly the left earphone does not want to charge, but it works because I tried to turn it on, so it works and can be turned on. The right one works perfectly, charges and turns on when I take it out of the case, I don't know what to do, I don't have the receipt. Replacement under warranty is not an option.

    Hello, hello.

There may be at least two reasons for this. Before doing so, however, in case the second one is damaged (discussed below), you should consider what you did with the receipt. Headphones for PLN 300-400 and you don`t have a receipt? Okay, it happens.

reason one - sometimes the charging contact and the two small copper needles become oxidized or dirty. The same sometimes happens to the contact areas on the handset - they get dirty or oxidized. These areas must be kept absolutely clean. Buy a few ml of isopropanol at a pharmacy or on an auction website. Clean the contact areas and pins in the charging case with a cotton swab (for ears) and the preparation. Should help.

second reason - unfortunately, the miniature lithium battery refuses to work. For many reasons... contact with moisture causes connection corrosion, falls and overheating. The battery is disposable and extremely difficult to obtain. In addition, most (not all) models are completely flooded - including the battery, so replacement is not an option. Therefore, it is worth keeping the receipt for such devices, because the devil never sleeps. Of course, according to the law in Poland, you do not need to have a receipt to return a defective item. Responsible sellers know this and tend not to cause any problems. Of course, it depends on the seller, the origin of the item, etc. You are left with this problem.
