SEP E and D License: Understanding Measuring Range for Operation, Maintenance, Repairs & More

I have a question about SEP E and D qualifications. I have E and D qualifications for operation, maintenance, repairs, control and measurement, and assembly. I have a question whether I can perform '' all measurements '' and make protocols and approve. '' All measurements, i.e.
Electrical tests and measurements of installations and devices.

* insulation resistance - testing the condition of the insulation
* short circuit loop resistance and impedance measurements
* testing of residual current devices
* touch voltage measurements
* measurement of the predicted line short-circuit current
* measurements of continuity of protective conductors and equipotential bonding
* measurements of earthing resistance, soil resistivity
* operational measurements of lightning protection devices
* lighting intensity test
* testing of an electric welder

These permissions show that I have measurements for insulation resistance and earth electrodes. I am interested in whether I can perform measurements of e.g. lighting intensity and prepare a report or test of residual current devices. Please reply if possible. I posed this question because in the exam I had a range covering all types of measurements.

Thank you for all the replies, both positive and negative. To make sure, I made a phone call to the Energy Regulatory Office and SEP Warszawa and was informed that I could take measurements of lighting intensity and prepare a report. Thanks for the answers.
