Fixing Cracked Repair Cassette in Roto Centro 101 Window: Removal & Replacement Tips Fixing Cracked Repair Cassette in Roto Centro 101 Window: Removal & Replacement Tips

Hello, I have a problem with the window. At the opening the repair cassette in the roto centro 101 was broken, unfortunately it broke when the window was open and I do not know how to get away with it. I have a cassette from the old window, however, removing the gantry and cassette prevents the window from being positioned.

Loosen the available bolts of the espagnolette and disconnect it from the upper corner. Then bend it up and pull the inner bar up. At some point, the wing will open at the bottom and it can be opened. Of course it will be open and ajar at the same time, but it does not bother you. It's probably obvious.

thank you, I tried, as soon as I manage to buy / borrow a flexible screwdriver, but after unscrewing the espagnolette from the old window (from which I wanted to transfer the cassette) which has other dimensions so I can not change the entire bolt I found such a view Fixing Cracked Repair Cassette in Roto Centro 101 Window: Removal & Replacement Tips Is it possible to take out the cassette itself (if so how) and put it into the espagnolette from the first window?

Check at the top if you are able to disconnect the tilt mechanism from the window and download the entire accommodation. And if you can not unbutton the mechanism itself, try to disconnect the upper hinge by pulling the pin out of the hinge.
Be careful the window is heavy and it is better that someone be to help.

Why do you need a flexible screwdriver? After all, in the first picture you can see on the top screws, which should be unscrewed.

I do not really know, I can not see much in the picture.

Everything is possible, it is a matter of technical possibilities. The cassette is pressed / riveted. In addition, it is often ironed into a bolt. I never replace it, always the entire bolt.

Each bolt is cut, so if it is longer, but it is in the given range (stamped on it), it can be boldly replaced.

my mistake, I thought the espagnolette is L-shaped (in the end the movement of the espagnolette is responsible for engaging the upper latch and I have no possibility of getting into the upper srob)
I have led to such a state as on the picture but for no treasures I can not move the inner slat up, try strength with a hammer or something I missed

Close the wing slightly and give the bar up. He must go. If there is a vanishing beam on the espagnolette, which plumbs after closing the wing, give it a finger to the vertical and then try. There is no option not to go.
