    Hello,

Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 (H122-373) router does not have an external antenna connector.
Would it be a big "sculpture" to pull such a connector out in the future?

Earlier I had in mind the B818 4G router, which, however, has such a possibility.

5G is only a future-proof purchase, but I consider the lack of an external antenna to be a big disadvantage.

What you bought this PRO2 for, the selection of equipment is always based on signal tests and if it turns out that they are weak and you need a router with connectors, choose one. In Play, 5G 2100 is an empty shell and there is no point in being guided by it now when choosing a router and 5G on other bands is the melody of the future. The router is OK but limit yourself to the lack of connections, of course people have already opened it and there is an option to connect external antennas http://www.bez-kabli.pl/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=58392

    OKAY,

I haven't bought (Play) yet. I was thinking about the B818 with TP-Link Deco M4 system all the time. I am going to finalize my order tomorrow.

OK, thanks for your valuable comments on 5G.

The PLAY offer has changed today, the conditions and prices for the equipment are completely different, so far not enough information, more probably soon.

    I know,

I just looked at their website. Yesterday very late I got a very good offer for 500GB vs. the previous one (200GB + 100 vending machine option).
I have already placed an order for the B818 + TP-Link Deco M4 (x2). I gave up 5G. I thought, analyzed. Thank you for the tips on the 5G router.

Buddy, but the router you have decided on also does not have the option of connecting external antennas.

B818 has two TS9 antenna connectors, the Play offer now includes two external CPE LTE access points, i.e. routers integrated with an external directional antenna, MC7010 supporting 5G and aggregation of 4 LTE bands and MF258k with aggregation of 4 LTE bands.
