Hello,
soon my commitment period in UPC ends and I have a dilemma regarding the choice of a cable TV set-top box (currently mediabox and UBEE modem)
I'm tempted by the new 4K set-top box, but I have the following concerns:
- single-family house
- modem on the floor (connected via coaxial cable)
- TV set-top box on the ground floor (currently also connected via coaxial cable)
I'm afraid of choosing a 4K set-top box and a wireless connection after WiFi
4K modem has no input for coaxial cable (connects to the modem either via Wifi or, what is recommended, via Ethernet cable)
but is it better to choose Horizon connected via a coaxial cable ...?
is it worth hammering plaster for a 4k decoder (and pulling an ethernet cable between floors).
I need a TV set-top box on the ground floor and a modem on the first floor ...
