Hello and welcome. I have a little problem. I accidentally poured coffee beans (whole) into the container for ground coffee a moment ago (the espresso machine model is ECAM35X.55). It's a new machine, the first time it was filled by someone else who has the same equipment and can do it. I realized after a while that I made a mistake... I don't really know what to do with it now :( The coffee now does not come out, i.e. when pressing the espresso position, brown water flows (probably because the water simply "flies" through the whole beans in the container in which the ground coffee is normally located). I also have another problem - the espresso from the beginning (before I made this unfortunate mistake) has almost no crema :( But now the worst problem is these beans ... I'm afraid to unscrew the espresso machine myself in the dark to take out these unfortunate beans :( Do you know how exactly I can get them now? Thank you very much for your help :)
