Good evening. I need some help please. I bought the module as attached and I have a problem with the configuration/setup/connection. App installed on smartphone, created account on Supla website where I can see after the next steps from the instructions my phone. I also finally see, not knowing why, after a few days in the available WiFi networks on my phone, the ZAMELxxxxxxxxx device and I can connect to it with the message "connected/no internet". Now according to the instructions I go from the browser to the address 192.168.4.1, but arse, it doesn't connect, "connection timeout exceeded". From what I can see on the Supla website after logging in I should enter Supla Client on the smartphone, it's green, and it's done, but I don't know where I should supposedly enter "supla-dev" on the router, it's yellow. I have a GSM net from Polsat and I don't see anywhere on the router's page such an option to complete this. Could someone please help? Thanks.

On the Zamel Forum they helped me so topic to be closed. If someone ends up here with a similar problem - the Supel device only communicates over WiFi 2.4Ghz, so if someone like me has a router with two WiFI frequencies/points, on top of that quite vaguely described and the phone is plugged in over 5GHz, then out of impulse he will probably enter in the Zamel settings the data for that particular WiFI 5GHz, which of course he won't connect to. Simply enter this 2.4GHz WiFi and it works.
