Interference in configuration mode of Zamel SRW-01 roller shutter controllers in the Supla applicati

Greetings Forum Members. I am arming my house with Zamel SRW-01 roller shutter controllers .After downloading the app and registering for a Supel account, I have started one of the 13 controllers in my house so that, at the customer's house, I know what I am dealing with. After connecting the controllers at the customer's house none of them want to enter configuration mode. It is as if something is interfering with them. Instead of flashing, the LED lights up quickly for a while, then goes out, blinks 3 times, then goes out andwp.Since I can't enter configuration mode, I can't find them in the app either. I have read that this can happen when pulse power supplies for Led lighting are installed.I switched everything off leaving only the power to the roller shutters for a while one of the controllers entered configuration mode but as I also switched off the router I could do nothing further .I dismantled the 4 controllers taking them home, I plug them in and configuration mode immediately lights up in each of them.What could be the cause? What could be interfering with them?

Well, yes - not understanding the subject and being surprised that it doesn't work in another location - even worse - taking money for it - if you don't know anything about something, why do you promise people that you will do it and charge them for it?
I don't understand this approach, because if you don't know what you're doing, you'll get a few hundred bucks and the "idiots" on the Forum will help for free....
