No WiFi Connection on Technicolor CGA2121: Can't Access Router or Network, Incorrect Password

    Hello,
    I have the following problem:
    today I was connected to the technicolor CGA2121 router in the Play network. The fitter said that they only connect the power cable and you only need to connect via wifi. I say ok, nothing simpler and here the stairs began ... there is no network with the name on the sticker of the router ... there are two others:
    1. "2.4-Vectra-WiFi-******"
    2. "5G-Vectra-WiFi-******"

    Where asterisks are the last 6 characters of "CM MAC"

    I tried to connect to both using the key from the router but the password is incorrect.
    After connecting the laptop with a cable, the internet works fine.
    I entered the address 192.168.0.1. and it seems to be connected to the router. You need to log in, but none of the usernames and passwords match. I also checked the login/password: "admin" and "homeu" "homep" and lipa..
    Anyone can help???

    Hello,
    There is a "WPS" button on the router, and there is also a wi-fi connection option on the smartphone.

    The hotline and chat rooms couldn't help me. But using WPS I was able to connect my laptop TV and phone to the router. But it doesn't change the fact that I still can't connect using a password (I need a cleaning robot to connect because I don't have the WPS option there). And I still don't know how to log in to 192.168.0.1

    WPS is convenient but not very secure, you can use it temporarily, but you have to bother Play support until it works, to use the WiFi password and log in to the modem.
    The only thing you can do yourself is to reset to factory settings with the button on the back of the modem, use a toothpick and try the password on the sticker again.
