TC7230 - Technicolor Vectra Modem: WiFi Setup, Router Connection & Password Troubleshooting

Hi, maybe somebody from here will help me. This morning, in place of old Thomson, a Technicolor 7230 modem was installed in my place. As far as I know, this modem also has a Wi-Fi function. The fitters connected my private router to the new modem. Some old d-link. And I have a question why? If the new modem has WiFi, why did they connect an old router to it? The phone and computer normally search for a WiFi network with tc7230 but I can't connect to it. I have 2 passwords. One from the bottom of the modem and the other that the fitter wrote on a piece of paper. None of them match. In general, it didn't bother me but on the Vectra website there was written about the WiFi internet router. I didn't buy a 150 Mb / s packet to use it now with an old router that can handle 50 Mb / s maximum. Of course, I got instructions for the modem. I skip it being German ... I wanted to log in to the router but the address 192.168.0.1 is not loading. I will add that on a laptop connected with a modem cable the internet works. Anyone have any idea what to do with this WiFi? I do not know much about it and my wife who was the only one who was present during installation even less.

If you want to have fun yourself, you can read the router address like this: disconnect the old router, connect directly to the new router with a cable, then the command line, ipconfig command. The default gateway is your router

The router is administered by Vectra, there is an advertisement of the device's capabilities on the website. The device was started by the operator's representative. The password from the sticker does not work, the password from the installer does not work. There is no documentation in Polish. There will be a POLISH and current manual for each device.
This is the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.

If you think that the goods do not comply with the contract - withdraw from such a contract, you have the right to do so if the contract was concluded remotely (internet, telephone, PH in your apartment signed a contract with you).
