I am asking for help in a technical matter related to port forwarding / no fixed ip (?).

For some time I have been trying to set up a game server (OpenTibia) on my computer. Unfortunately, the problem is that it is impossible to connect from the outside.
My Technicolor CGA2121 (INEA) router settings look like in the attachments (port forward).

All ports related to the game are appropriately redirected to a personal computer connected by a cable.

According to the router settings (DOCSIS 3.0 system) - my WAN address is 100.67.139.173 (photo wan), while when I enter websites showing my public IPv4 they show me the address: 109.173.152.4, with one of the sites (iplocation) additionally showing the IP Proxy 198.143.34.220 (photo ip).

Pages that check port openings show that they are open to IP Proxy (absolutely from my router settings), while for my IPv4 (109 ...) or WAN (100.67 ..) - not (photo host check).

I check the connection on the turned off firewall, but I still have rules for ports 7171, 7172, 80. In addition, in the network settings of the IPv4 card I manually set a fixed internal ip for my computer (192.168.0.11).
I try to connect from my laptop, and I use the internet from the phone - there is no problem with connecting to other servers of this game.

What is it that I have different WAN and IPv4 addresses?
Does the presence of a proxy mean that my connection goes through the provider's proxy server (INEA) anyway and it cannot be directly connected to me (theoretically, port forwarding alone should be enough)?

Please help as I care about home hosting and hamachi networks are out of the question.

You do not have a public IP address on the modem's WAN.

The addresses 100.64.0.0/10 have been reserved for operators to do NAT on a large scale.
You should change your IP to truly public with your operator.

Or you can try with the Hamachi network:

It will not do anything, because it is not him and others are to join him.

Put the modemorouter in bridge mode (if there is such a feature in Inea), get public IP, preferably fixed (if it is dynamic public, you can get a different IP every day and no one will connect to you).

    Hamachi relies on cloud access.

But the game is not in the cloud, but physically on someone's disk and there is a private IP.

Once Hamachi is installed, the private IP disk is already in the cloud.

I solved the problem by contacting the internet provider and ordered a public ip for PLN 5 / month.
    Thank you for your help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with port forwarding for an OpenTibia game server on a Technicolor CGA2121 router. The user is unable to connect externally due to the router's WAN address being a Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) IP (100.67.139.173), which is not a public IP. Responses suggest that the user should contact their internet provider to obtain a true public IP address, preferably static, to resolve the connectivity issue. Alternative solutions like using Hamachi for virtual networking are mentioned, but they do not address the core problem of needing a public IP for direct connections to the game server.
