E-declarations v13.0.0 Update: Certificate Problem (Mismatch or Invalid) - How to Fix?

Yes the latest adobe is installed and in IE the online mode is turned on. Unfortunately, there is still an error with the certificate when starting the program.

Thanks for the help with the e-declaration, I took advantage of it and managed to pass the problem with the "out of date certificate". Unfortunately, the PIT 36 form for 2020 is missing after the update. Has any of the forum members had a similar problem?

I use the Pity 2020 program of the company ..... (I don't know if I can advertise) and there is PIT 36 and PIT 36L.

I have a similar problem, there is no way I can run the e-declarations program.
I had been using it on this computer for several years before.
Yesterday I reinstalled WIN 7 64-bit and I am trying to install e-declarations.
Default Firefox 78.8.0esr (64 bit)
1.I downloaded the Adobe Air runtime
2. There was a big problem to download Acrobat Reader, I finally downloaded it from the official website by hand. Version 21.001 has been installed.
3. I have downloaded and installed Java applications in 64-bit version
4. I have installed e-declarations 13.0.0 (message about the lack of certificate)
5. When starting e-declarations, 3 messages about the lack of certificate and no connection to the Internet.



No internet connection all the time. Firefox opens the taxki.gov.pl website, and declarations are blocked.



I discovered that the internet explorer is blocking the taxki.gov.pl website due to the lack of a certificate and I cannot unblock it in any way.



Internet explorer, after clicking continue browsing this site, displays only some of the items on this page.

I got a reply from the "ministry", but unfortunately the instructions did not solve the problem:

All activities should be performed on an account with administrator privileges:

It is also recommended to delete the application data (described in point 1) by deleting the e-Deklaracje directory.

When you restore data, you replace this new file with the backup file you created in step 1.

In the course of point 5, i.e. update, the message "This application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the certificate of the installed application, does not support updates, or is invalid. Contact the application manufacturer."

Does anyone know how to solve this problem and update e-declarations?

For me, it worked only after manually uninstalling the edeklaracje program. Before that, save the backup (export files), uninstall eddeclarations, download the latest version from gov.pl, install and import backup files
