[Solved] Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 headphones - one does not work

The headphones are two months old, so far everything has been working smoothly. Today I went to sleep with these headphones, when I woke up one was not playing. It's the right earphone - I went to sleep on my right side, so there is a possibility that it was oppressed. The diode on this handset is not lit, regardless of whether I am trying to turn on, turn off or put it in the case. I tried hard reset on both (hold for about 45 seconds), left blinked normally, right nothing. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I lay down in damp (not wet) hair. Please help!

Added after 3 [minutes]:

I will add that after a hard reset, the left earphone flashes white as soon as it is removed from the case (it was not like that before) and stops only when I turn off the headphones or pair with the phone

The headphones are not waterproof, so it could actually be affected by moisture. However, since they are 2 months old, they may need to be returned to the service under the warranty.

Problem solved - after a few hours of resetting, it has fixed itself. Probably a question of moisture
