    Hello,
I bought an outdoor IP camera overmax camspot 4.9.
The problem is that in the overmax control application I sometimes have access to the live view and sometimes I don't. I've tried wired and wifi and it's the same. I called tech support and ISP. Ports 80 and 81 are unblocked. The internet provider claims that I need to have an external IP assigned, and I would have to pay PLN 5 monthly. But why does it sometimes hit the live preview and this preview is? Please help. Pictures add working preview and not working. If the cable is autoscan. If on wifi then via qr code. So I think it's correct.

To have a preview from the outside, did you add it using a QR code? If so, it connects to the cloud (p2p) through the manufacturer's server.

Now I have it back on the cable and gave it through the scan. Yesterday I was on wifi and scanned the qr code and the same thing happens.
Once I had a cable and qr I scanned and it worked once, once not.

You know what I gotta do? what do you advise?

So I have to buy a cloud subscription to have a live view of what's going on?

So the problem is the manufacturer's servers that work as they please.

So it turns out that overmax is a crap company, i.e. I would have to buy another camera ... Because I can't do anything with this one?

So if I bought a camera from this company Dahua IMOU, it should flash without a problem? And orllo company outdoor cameras would be good too?

Unfortunately - Overmax is not a top-flight company.
Dahua is one of the largest companies on the market and I am not the only one who installs them on a daily basis.
Orllo is another invention like Overmax...
