I have purchased a Sonoff SV to open the gate from the intercom. I have 9V connected to the intercom. Does anyone know why the voltage drops when connected to the Sonoff? The light sometimes blinks as if it wants to power up but can't.

The intercom probably doesn't matter as I haven't connected it yet. I have a problem with the power supply of the Sonoff. I normally connect to a - 5-24V power supply. I have a 9.67V power supply with which the intercom is normally supplied, but I have not yet incorporated it into the circuit because I have a problem with the Sonoff. It is in 'isolated' mode

How does it not matter since

Give its make, model, draw how you connect it.

I unplugged the power supply from the intercom/intercom and plugged LU into and GND into -.
Before connecting to the sonoff I have 9.67V on the multimeter, after connecting as below - no voltage and no power. I have 2 sonoffs, both behave in the same way. The intercom is a regular Elfon.

That's not how it will work - the SONOFF needs to be powered from an external source and unplug this before you damage the intercom panel.

OK, why doesn't it work and how can I make it work? Is it possible to attach a battery to it or a voltage stabilizer or some other trick? I have no way of getting power to it without forging and no circuit nearby.

This is the uniphone's digital line and not any power supply - without SONOFF power from an external source this will not work.

    Cannot be connected from signal

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing a voltage drop when connecting a Sonoff SV relay to a 9V intercom system. The user initially connected the Sonoff to a 9.67V power supply but encountered issues with no voltage output after the connection. Responses indicate that the Sonoff requires an external power source to function properly and cannot draw power from the intercom's signal line. Suggestions include using a dedicated power supply for the Sonoff and avoiding direct connections that could damage the intercom. The user seeks alternative solutions, such as using a battery or voltage stabilizer, due to the lack of nearby power sources.
