Hello. Does anyone on the forum have any info on the Ningbo Sanxing meter? I got one today, after installing the PV system. I am interested in whether it is a smart meter and if it is possible to read data via the Tauron e-meter application. Regards.

Somewhere since August we have been installing S34U18 meters - for PV and RM instead of OTUS3.
Of course, it is a so-called smart meter with remote GSM reading, so the data will be on the e-meter.

That's what Tauron set up for me too. I wonder if the one meter will work with it.

From what I've found so far:
    - Tauron is still working on it.
    - Response from Tauron: "After verification of your case, we would like to inform you that you have a meter without remote reading. Therefore, registration to the eLicznik service is not possible.
We would like to inform you that by the end of this year we are planning to replace the meters with those with remote reading."
    - port P1 for local reading sealed.

I also had this meter set up exactly on 23.09.2012. I contacted the hotline and every consultant has a different answer. Some say that I have to wait up to 60 days for the meter to transmit a signal and you can log in to the elicznik application today, but I found out that it is not a meter with remote communication.

Well, I saw with my own eyes how a sim card was inserted into this meter, so I don't know why it would be there if it was a meter without remote communication. In recent months, I have gained experience in the field of communication with Tauron hotlines and, unfortunately, what you hear must be treated according to the principle of limited trust.

Yesterday they installed this meter for remote reading, I do not have PV. I have a plus sim card. They also use Orange. Despite problems with coverage at night, the meter sent data. I have confirmation from the technician who installed this meter for me. At the moment, data from these new meters are not presented in the elicznik application. There is a problem with the integration and the integrator is to fix it by 8/10/2021.

Such hope dawned on me that maybe this Chinese miracle will have vector balancing between the phases.
They put one on me on September 24, the power plant starts tomorrow.

Tauron exchanged exactly the same meter for me on September 9. I can't register the eLicznik application, I get the following error:

    Quote:
It is not possible to register an account or add a contract to the account - no remotely readable collection point was found. Make sure that you have entered the correct identification data and that the contract has a remotely read consumption point assigned to it.

On the hotline they told me: that either "something is still not configured", although at the same time you said that you see it as active, or that it is a meter without remote reading, because they have been installing such for some time due to shortages of goods, and by the end of the year they will be exchanged.

Is there any possibility to check this? Because I see that from the helpline everyone gets a slightly different answer. Is it only tormenting the hotline from time to time?

    I have the same message.

I think they bought new Chinese meters from the tender and their IT system for customers is not able to convert the data received from this meter. For themselves, they can probably read it anyway.

Besides, it is only their good will that they allow you to view the meter reading via the net, because probably no one in the contract has a guarantee for it.

Until recently, it seemed to me (naive me), because I didn't want anything from them, that Tauron is a normal company that fights for customers. But I've learned that it's just a state-owned organization with a monopoly over a certain area. If you want to arrange something in distribution, you have to be prepared for it, just like a trip to the City Hall, Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution. It's up to you, they don't care. They only do the bare minimum, which is what they are legally obliged to do:
Right to read - after all, you have a display, the optical port is blocked
Balancing - of course it is... arithmetic
Splitting the connection into two meters - well, I would like to meet the man who managed to arrange it, because for me it's like a unicorn - everyone heard, but no one saw.

I have the same meter and the same information. I don't call the hotline because they don't have any competent information there.
I have also heard information about the lack of meters and that this one is temporary from the T. company, but I do not know if it is true.
For now, from observations, it seems that the meter balances energy between phases on a regular basis, but I am not sure.
Composing information from various places, one can get the impression that this meter is incompatible with the Tauron system.
According to media information, Tauron purchased these meters for an amount exceeding 25 million, so sooner or later they will work remotely, it's a matter of programmers' work.

If any of your colleagues connect this counter with the Taunton e-counter application, let them share the information on the forum. I am also surprised by the lack of cooperation with the application, the more that the meter display has an antenna icon and lines showing the signal level (visible in the photo in the first post).

I received information (Tauron) that the meter will work in the eLicznik application, but without specifying a specific date.
Currently, from Friday to Sunday at 14.00, work is being carried out on Tauron's portals, so it is possible
that something is about to happen.

I got exactly the same answer, welcome to the club :)
I have the meter installed on 30.08 and further without remote reading :(

    It started for me.
This means that you have successfully registered on the eLicznik platform.
Now data from the meter are to be available up to 24 hours
    We'll see.

Exactly the same message, waiting for data may take about a day, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I have a Gama 350 meter, but I will be able to access it through my account only after receiving the first invoice, i.e. in January. To create an account at PGE, you need, among others: invoice number, or rather its fixed part. Currently, I have access to the inverter via the application and to the meter only directly on it by switching to the data I am interested in. I do not know what data will be available on my account. The lady from the PGE hotline was so patiently waiting.

How long have you waited since setting up the meter?
Because it's been 4 months and nothing.

I'm shorter but it doesn't matter because it will probably start everything now. The problem was probably the meter and its cooperation with the Tauron system.

It doesn't work for me. Maybe because I have an inactive comprehensive contract yet.

    Nothing in eLicount.
On the other hand, eBOK Tauron has a reading from September 30, which is slowly moving forward like a snail....

    Me too.
In eCSC, the reading from September 30, while the application started only once during logging in, no data for now). And since yesterday only the bulb is on and nothing else can be done. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same situation. The first time it starts, the next time it crashes.

As the light bulb appears, you need to clear the application memory in settings / applications and find Tauron eLicznik here

Added after 1 [hours] 3 [minutes]:

My e-counter started. There are data on the website from 11 to 13.10.

The application started, but the message "Failed to download collection point" pops up. On the other hand, eBOK writes that there is a temporary problem with downloading data. Something seems to me that the first few days of the application will be different.

Today I registered on the portal and after 3 hours I already have access to the data. I see data from September 30, 2021, i.e. from the date of the meter replacement.
