    I have a problem with my Ethernet cable connection. I have UPC Internet 750 Mbps, over the cable I have an average speed of less than 50 Mbps. I bought a 10 meter cable today, cat. 5e by HAMA. Network card - Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V. Latest drivers installed. https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/20211851 8-O ptimizing-Ethernet-Adapter-Settings-for-Maximum-Performance I followed all the directions from here and it still works slow over cable Internet. Current measurement - ping 9 ms download speed 42.53, upload speed 0.80. Over WiFi (TP-Link Archer W2U card) download 265.80, upload 38.72.

    The drivers are the latest from the Intel website for the network card in the computer, uploaded to the Wi-Fi from the TP-Link website.

    Turn off ipv6 on the hotline of the provider - nothing is gained, only problems.
    Then do the Pro Speed Test again.

    Also insert the levels of Downstream/Upstream signals from the modem router here - so that all 24 channels are visible.

    I removed the card from the system, instead of the Intel driver, the one from Microsoft was uploaded - it's the same. A friend after Team Viewer tried to do something - he reset ipconfig, Netsh winsock, it's still the same. The power saving card is not enabled. A technician from UPC comes tomorrow, I doubt he'll be able to do anything, he'll probably recommend reinstalling the system.

    Maybe get a friend with a laptop to connect to the CB and then you'll be sure that it's not your computer.

I was resetting the network settings (removed all network cards from the system and reinstalled them), I also reset the router. Nothing helped. I will not format.

    I fixed the net. I deleted cfos speed optimizer, started the computer correctly and it works, over 670 Mbps on the cable. I canceled the visit of the UPC technician. In TCP Optimizer on Windows default settings I just had 690 Mbps.
