Hi I got an Alexa Dot 2nd generation today to play with but I decided to fix it because it is not working. Connecting it to the pendant doesn't work, I tried to reset it but also nothing maybe someone has some advice?

If it's not a power supply then it will be rather difficult to get help in this section. Particularly as you are not posting basic information that might contribute anything to the topic - e.g. current draw, visual inspection results after disassembly (e.g. physical damage, traces of burnt components).
