    Hello and welcome,
I need to buy a tuner from OSCAM and I am looking for a device that will replace the worn-out 10-year-old BSKA

At the moment, I'm not focusing on 2 heads - because I didn't use it in the previous equipment anyway.

The question is what will be the best choice up to PLN 500 now? I want the image to run smoothly in 4k and switch channels quickly and not freeze.

I completely do not use various types of applications because I have xiaomi mi box s for smart, so here mainly only tv

Advice me on what to pay attention to, whether the amount of ram or flash or processor ... Or maybe some other model is worth attention?

Thanks in advance for any answer.

If you don't care about a set-top box with a CI module input, then you can go ahead and take Ustyma 4k.

I just don't care about this module.

The question now is whether it is mouth or h11, or maybe there is something even better that will have even better parameters?

I'm still wondering if this mouth with 1 or twin with two heads ... there is a difference in price, but maybe it's worth paying extra ..

As long as it's just Ustym Uclan 4K PRO, nothing at this price will have better parameters because it's low-priced equipment in its class, of course we skip crappy boxes without enigma2 because it won't work for long with cccam or oscam and as I can see on this you care.
Both tuners are almost identical solutions, the operation depends only on the installed software. In favor of Ustym is more USB ports + proprietary system Denys OS + the ability to multiboot for several additional systems on the SD card.
Zgemma's promises for working Android are just fairy tales, more problems than benefits, it works but not like Android systems.

You have a comparable Octagon SF8008, practically the same as Ustym.

If you care about the drive in the tuner, you can currently buy Zgemma h7s for the cheapest price, or if you find a hard-to-find one, it's used or new at a good price Zgemma H9 Twin.

So I understand that USTYM 4K Pro is a good choice when it comes to a device with one head.

The question is, if I want to add two heads, should I also go directly to the mouth of the twin or are other models already appearing here?

I described Ustym in general, all you have to do is buy the Twin version.

Just don't forget when you buy to update recovery, older versions don't work with new software.

The choice of the tuner must be conditioned by the support of the software, see if your favorite software supports the decoder you want to choose.

What's your favorite software? The mouth has very good support.

Compared to BSKA, it's definitely much better and newer. He was probably on PLI because it's the longest updated and the old system with patches.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around selecting a suitable tuner to replace an aging BSKA device, with a budget of up to PLN 500. The main contenders are the Zgemma H11S and USTYM 4K Pro. Users emphasize the importance of smooth 4K image playback and quick channel switching. The USTYM 4K Pro is recommended for its superior specifications, including more USB ports and a proprietary Denys OS, which supports multibooting. The Zgemma models, particularly the H7S and H9 Twin, are also mentioned as viable options, especially if considering dual tuners. Users advise checking software compatibility and ensuring the device is updated to the latest recovery version for optimal performance.
