Safety Parameters for Sofar SOFAR 11KTL-X Series (not KTLX-G3)

Hello Everyone... I'm Jen, I'm new here.

I have just installed a SOFAR 11KTL-X On-Grid 3-Phase solar inverter in my home. The inverter has a nuance tripping issue owing to one of the phase voltages dropping under the Low Voltage Safety Volt setting. I searched for the Safety parameter file for the KTL-X series but somehow the KTLX Series safety parameters are not available for download. Only the KTLX-G3 files are available.

Can someone help me find the correct Safety parameter files for my SOFAR 11KTL-X.

You have the parameters available to be displayed in 3 SystemInfo and then 7 ParametersZab
and these are for the code 012 Poland:
OV1. 264.5V. 140ms
OV1. 273.0V. 60ms
UV1. 195.5V. 1.4ms
UV1. 115.0V. 20ms
OF1. 52.00Hz. 400ms
OF1. 53.00Hz. 60ms
UF1. 47.50Hz. 400ms
UF1. 45.00Hz. 60ms
Vtenmin. 253.0V
These parameters are identical for all inverters with code 012 set to Poland

Sorry, it's not that you are from Spain.
I don't know exactly what the grid standards are in Spain.
But still you can show it in inverter menu under SystemInfo and SafetyParameters.
