    Hello!

I have a Sofar Solar and I get the error "GRIDUFP" and it says Power: 0.00KW
It is only turned on when there is sunlight, but the electrical panel is sending 220v of light.
    Any idea how to solve?

Bad mains parameters, maybe there is power from the genset or a general overload of the mains. Wait until it gets better

It’s like this for more than a month .
Inverter display with GridUPP message and 0.00W power, with red fault light.

@fofurna What inverter do you have 1 phase or 3 phase? Because you have a problem with the power grid.

    .

If it's been over a month then it's something to do with the power supply, if three-phase then you need to check that all phases L1,L2 L3 are being fed, it looks like one is missing

    Hello!

To be honest I don’t know.
This photo helps? Close-up of an electronic device with a label showing serial numbers and test designations.

@fofurna You have 1 phase try switching it to another phase.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Sofar Solar inverter displaying the error "GRIDUFP" with an output power of 0.00 kW, despite receiving 220V from the electrical panel. Users suggest that the issue may stem from bad mains parameters, potential overloads, or problems with the power supply. It is recommended to check the power grid, particularly if the inverter is three-phase, ensuring all phases (L1, L2, L3) are operational. The author confirms the inverter is single-phase and is advised to switch to another phase for troubleshooting.
