after changing the soft in my solar sofar (4.4KTLX-G3) to the one from the link

I got an ARM file error message at the end of the update and now I have the message SCICommLose when starting the inverter
any idea what to do about it? Is there any way to restore the previous firmware? unfortunately contact with the sofara service is nil, they do not reply to e-mails, the hotline is permanently busy, a massacre:/
