Automatic gate Opener will not work remote controls connect but will not open

My automatic gate doesn’t work. Remote controls connect to the board, but it fails to open it or close it. Does anybody know how to reset the board? I have checked the capacitor and that is fine. I believe the motor is okay as well. When you press the remote controls, you only get one light flashing on opening or closing. It does say about a reset button, but I cannot find it. Does anybody know if you can reset the board or do you have to buy a new one as it is only six months old?

Did you get a replacement board, or fix this one?
What opener do you have?
