    Hi,
    I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter 3, I wanted to remove the speed lock by uploading a different soft,
    I tried through several apps such as XiaoFlesher, downG and ScooterHacking, but none of them uploaded the new soft.
    I have done a software update in the Xiaomi Home app, which is probably the cause of the problem.
    Is there any way to undo the update?
    I also tried to do a BLE downgrade from 1.5.5 to version 0.7.2, but this also had no effect.
    Is there any other way to remove the speed lock?

    You have the latest model for which, as you can see, custom softwares have not yet been developed, much less generators.

    Neither generators nor special softwares are needed.

    Get yourself a v3.0 controller, which is what I did and it runs at 36 km/h.

    I am also curious, I have owned this scooter for some time and the maximum speed is 20 km/h, can it somehow be increased to at least 25 km/h?

    If you have BLE locked then the quickest way is to replace the DRV with an older one with SW prepared accordingly.
    Preferably one with a high SW number so that accidentally plugging in the Xiaomi app doesn't upgrade to the latest legal version.
