Ok guys. So I'm looking for a solid amp to run my Nemesis Audio NA-12F subwoofer (1000 watts RMS at dual 2 Ohms). Currently I'm using a Diablo DB-4500D amplifier, which ran my 2 12" Type R subs fine, but can't put out enough power for the Nemesis it seems and is clipping hard and heating up. I'm running 0/1 AWG OFC power and ground, and my battery and alternator are running at 13V.
What are your best suggestions for something that would best fit this for around $500?
