Hello. I had a problem with DMP recently and I read the message that I need to update to the latest version, which I did two days ago and everything looked ok. But since yesterday I have been trying to open applications and no response. Additionally, the website doesn't open either. Do any of you have the same problem or know how to solve it?
    Kind regards.

    Hello.
The DMP has been closed since Saturday, August 6 (with a short break on Monday). Maybe on Saturday they wrote a message on the website that they are working on fixing the failure of the website. They restored her operation for a few hours and she died again :( Knowing life, they will soon restore DMP and extend subscriptions to everyone.
I miss Delta too, but this is not the first time they face problems after which everything returns to normal
ps I haven't done any updates.
    Regards :D

Exactly ... that's why I do not do any installations, but patiently wait for the failure to be removed. May they deal with the problem as soon as possible :please:

you have to wait, sometimes it did not work for a week - the subscriptions will probably be extended as it was in the past ...

Television is now working! And there was a message on the website: Deltamediaplayer.com
    Important !!!
We have temporary technical issues with the site that will be fixed within a few days.
Meanwhile, you can still use DeltaMediaPlayer as long as you have an active subscription.
Please be patient, you will be compensated for the time wasted.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Added after 11 [minutes]:

There is nothing to get tense. Every now and then there are breakdowns, sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller, but each time they extend the subscription for the time when there was no access to DMP. This time it will also be so :)

For me it's even better .. I get a message that my subscription expired on August 1, but on August 5 it was renewed and the TV was working. Now I can't check it on the website because work is still in progress and I can't log in to the app. Ehhh

There is no ban on publishing posts related to pirated content on the forum? By the way, looking at the creation dates of user accounts in this thread, it looks like an advertising campaign.

FAQ

TL;DR: Delta Media Player hit a multi‑day outage; users report it can last up to 7 days. "You have to wait." Past outages were followed by subscription extensions. [Elektroda, SIVY-DEVIL, post #20137311]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps DMP users diagnose unresponsive apps or a non‑loading website and know what to do next.

Quick Facts

What’s going on with Delta Media Player after the latest update?

DMP experienced temporary technical issues affecting the website and service. The team announced the site would be fixed within a few days. They also noted the app remains usable if your subscription is active. A user reported TV service working again. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

Is anyone else seeing server errors or the app not opening?

Yes. A user reported three days of failures and a persistent “server error” even after reinstalling. That points to a server‑side outage rather than a device problem. [Elektroda, renataburko, post #20136858]

Do I need to reinstall or update Delta to fix this?

No. Community guidance was to avoid new installations and patiently wait for the failure to be removed. Reinstalling during a provider outage does not resolve the root cause. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20136870]

Is this the end of DMP?

No. A user noted “Television is now working!” and the official note described temporary technical issues being fixed within days. Service continuity was indicated. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

When will the website be back?

The official banner stated there are “temporary technical issues” that will be “fixed within a few days.” Expect restoration without needing to change anything locally. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

Can I still use the app while the site is down?

Yes. The team stated you can use DeltaMediaPlayer as long as your subscription is active. Open the app and try playback. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

Will I be compensated or get time added?

Yes. The team wrote, “Please be patient, you will be compensated for the time wasted.” Wait for the platform to apply the credit to your account. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

Do they usually extend subscriptions after outages?

Users reported that after breakdowns, subscriptions were extended for the period without access. This pattern has repeated previously. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137621]

Why did it work for a few hours and then stop again?

Intermittent restoration occurred during the outage. One user saw the service return for a few hours before failing again the same day. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20136568]

I’m seeing “subscription expired” even after renewal—what should I do?

This can happen during outages when backend checks fail. A user renewed on Aug 5 but saw an expired message and couldn’t log in. Wait until services normalize and then retry. [Elektroda, szmidtkarolina, post #20137670]

What’s the quickest way to check if it’s them or me?

  1. Visit Deltamediaplayer.com and read the status banner.
  2. If it says issues will be fixed within days, it’s a provider problem.
  3. If your subscription is active, try the app; playback may still work. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20137620]

How long do DMP outages usually last?

Users have observed outages lasting up to one week. Plan for several days without access, and check status periodically for updates. [Elektroda, SIVY-DEVIL, post #20137311]

Does updating cause the issue?

Unlikely. One user had the outage without performing any updates, which points to a backend fault rather than an app version problem. [Elektroda, kimeraj, post #20136568]

Is discussing DMP allowed on this forum?

A moderator removed posts as advertising pirated content and warned that accounts could be blocked. Follow forum policies when posting. [Elektroda, Mirek Z., post #20137747]
