Hi guys!
I have a problem
With IP-PT camera, after update. I have several such cameras, one of which died
The camera: XM-PT-827-80W.
One of the IP cameras after the upgrade
it won't start and I can't communicate with it. (There was no power cut). Using the reset button does not help.
After that, the camera does not start, the lights do not flash when the power supply is connected!
I can't communicate with the camera. Only the LED of the Ethernet connector
lights up, but communication does not work here either in the traditional way. It can be pinged, but the Device manager does not recognize it, the IP scanner does not identify it as IPC.
Meanwhile I discovered a live Lan connection at 192.168.7.174.
I experienced the following on the serial port:
- the camera regularly restarts and then stops (I am attaching the log file with SD card and without SD card)
- as I read here, I tried to stop the startup process, which finally succeeded with the "Ctrl C" combination. However, it asks for a password here. The seller says the password is empty, but I can't go any further... (screenshot attached)
Help!
Unfortunately, I'm running out of ideas..
- Firmware version: 000629G3.1IPC_NT98562_80N40_S38.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02 (V5.00.R02.00063910.10010.140317.00)
(I received this officially from the seller)
Any chance to recover camera after bad flash firmware?
I welcome all ideas..
Thanks!
