jbl flip3 wont turn on - jbl flip3 wont turn on, no voltage on vcc

Hello All, I have bought jbl flip3 with a broken usb charging connector. After replacing it, the speaker still won't turn on. The battery is charging normally even though the led indicator is not showing it. There is no voltage on the vcc pin. Every component is in its place, nothing is missing, ribbon cables are fine and both button and led pcbs are checked so there must be something wrong with the mainboard. Can you give me some suggestions on what to check?

If the charger works the red light should be on. My guess is that something was broken when the connector broke up. Maybe the charger controller is faulty.. Buying broken stuff is tricky, it may be more damaged than it seems. Good luck
