    Pin 11( vcc) = 47v
    Pin 4 = Vss =directly connected to ground =0v
    Pin 1 = vdd = 10v
    Pin 15 vb = 14v
    Pin 13 vs =2.9v

    Meanwhile I changed adau1701 but the problem was not resolved

    Which LEDs are lit? The ones on the power supply or on the panel next to the potentiometer?
    What is the gate voltage of q2 and q3? They are controlled by adau, high state (3.3V) is IRS shutdown.
    What is the voltage on pin2 IRS? This pin is crucial, it must have a voltage almost the same as on pin2, i.e. about 10V. This is an open collector pin, if it is attached outside the system, the IRS will not rise.
    What voltage on pin9 IRS? On pin11 there should be voltage from pin9 + 12V.

    Sorry, but you replied too late. The owner of the device received it with the same problem.
    Yes, red and green lights on.
    These LEDs are next to the potentiometer. Mosfets are healthy.
