CPU Red Light & Fan Issue: Intel Core i5-9600KF, GIGABYTE Z390 UD - No Keyboard/Monitor Connection

    The computer does not connect to the keyboard, mouse, monitor. The power button is not lit. When I turn PC on, only power supply looks like working. The CPU fan doesn't work and the CPU LED on the motherboard is lit. I've reset the BIOS, relocated the RAM, to no avail. Yesterday everything was fine. What could be the reason?
    I have Intel Core i5-9600KF and the motherboard GIGABYTE Z390 UD.

    At the beginning, I suggest to test using a 100% working power supply.

    Do You have speaker connected to the mainboard?
    If not - it may be worth to connect it - it may output a beep error code.
