Opel Astra H 2008 Z16XER Engine Noise: Knocking Sound, High Revs, Camshaft and Lifter Clearances

Hello colleagues, I have been having a noise in the engine for some time, I will attach a video for a better visualization, it is about the Opel Astra H 1.6 - 2008 Z16xer engine, when the car is started there is a knocking sound like lifters, soon the knocking gets stronger at 1600-2000 revs and up, after you let off the gas, the car sometimes works fine, sometimes it keeps knocking, the two washers (dephasors), the Vvt valves, the oil 5W30 have been changed, the clearance between the shaft cams and the lifters has been changed to 0.25-0.35, engine compression 10 bar, oil pressure 4.5-5 bar, I don't know what it could be anymore, please advise :(
