    Hello
I am trying to connect the inverter to the mobile application, but the attempts fail. It seems to me that the problem may lie on the Wi-Fi side of the inverter, because connecting to it normally connects but there is a message: "connected, no internet". I should add that the router itself is in the same room as the inverter, and this would not be a problem with insufficient Wi-Fi signal. I had "professionals" from the company installing the entire installation and they themselves do not know where the problem is, maybe you guys can help me, because the company has been pissing me off since February and are not willing to make further attempts to connect this inverter....
    Thank you in advance!

I have the same problem, but there is no one wise for this .In the picture you show that there is no Internet and that's good because it seems to me that the AP 123...is not a hot spot is just something that connects to the Internet.I have already done everything I can tell you that you can try to set on the folowing in Sitings under the number 9 Address - number 01 because supposedly it helped some people -- me not. Supposedly then the Wi-Fi icon is supposed to appear on the screen. I try to contact the distributor and he of course washes his hands and although it is a wholesaler they suggest that it may be a problem of the ISP .I will add that it is a poor byte. I will visit them again soon, because of course they no longer answer the phone.Simply married me with the wrong goods about which they know .I would also like to add that these companies which have recently started trading and installing PV do it very often and I know it for sure. Simply one customer realized that it works badly so they pack and install it at another. and then they go on a delay.

Try from another phone. In my case it helped as I did from an Iphone and not from an android.
Lose Wi-Fi security for a while (encryption, password, maybe there is a limit on DHCP, router firewall, etc) and see if it won't pass Wi-Fi configuration.

You should in this case connect to the AP .1234 then enter the address 10.10.100.254 then enter admin admin and I am already in Dataloger although without internet ! Next we browse Wriles if it sees our home network it is good . Then we press Wizzard and do what it says there we enter the password for our home Wi-Fi we press next -further -further and further and it logs us out and connects to our home Wi-Fi .Then we enter our Wi-Fi by entering 192.168.1.1 and admin admin we find the assigned IP address of the dataloger e.g. 192.168.1.2 we open the next page of the browser and type this address in the bar .If we enter through our home router to the datalogger we will see the same thing as we saw something there we press and watch and if to watch it means that it connects correctly, but it does not mean that the datalogger connects correctly to the Inverter in which it is embedded.

This I confirm set you need 01.
The rest of the steps I described here: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3682979.html#18628489

In my case everything is done as you wrote .Of course I connect to the datalogger already from the home router and I go in and can poke around in the datalogger menu , but the datalogger does not see the inverter and in the address on the inverter I enter 01 and still nothing .The Wi-Fi icon should show up on the inverter display but it does not appear and here is the problem.

In the inverter you need to enter 01, turn off AC and DC power and then turn on DC, then you can and AC.
From the router, do not enter the datalogger. In my case, it also did not see. It only sees on the direct connection of the laptop to the datlogger.
Do a reset and start from the beginning. And I only made an account on solarmanpv.com when I added the router to the datlogger.

Janek1506 try to connect the inverter to the internet provided by the phone and set it to 10.10.100.254
If it surprises you it means that you have blocked ports in the roueter and therefore can not connect. You will have to call your provider and tell them to unblock all of them for you preferably.

Here you have a link to my other topic where together we found the cause:

I think you will have the same problem as me. Greetings

This may not be very helpful but I replaced the Wi-Fi module with a wired module (for bhp I have a net installation in my house "on cable" because with Wi-Fi there were problems ) the company installing the inverter replaced the module without any problem at no extra charge and after setting a fixed IP for the inverter I have no problem with access both through the application and directly through the browser.

Then I see that you are referring to the SN of the wi-fi module and not the SN of the inverter

I will write a few words. Today we have 08.05.2021 inverter returned from Warsaw from service. Because at some point it hung up and the green light was flashing. A very nice lady sent a courier. I of course prepared the package the day before because the courier appeared like lightning just out of the blue. The inverter was quickly repaired and after just 3 days it was in Rzeszow at my home. Now it works tz. produces, but now I can not see wi fi on my laptop and the address set to 01 in the inverter. Before it saw under the name AP ......something there now the laptop can't see this wi fi. Before this wi fi couldn't see the inverter (datalogger) now the laptop can't even see wi fi in the datalogger. How to solve this I don't know. Supposedly in the service (warranty) they put a new wi fi module on me.

Hello Here are the findings - It worked! This morning I disassembled the inverter. The first time with the cables disconnected. There in the middle is a socket and in this socket a board with the inscription Wi Fi CE No SN 4242.......69 etc dimension 1.5 cm *2 cm. I pressed it well into the pins I took a photo and screwed it up. I turn it on and nothing I enlarge the photo on my smartphone and there is a micro plate with the signature reset and another upload. I unscrew the inverter again because this Wi Fi is in this form inside the inverter, only a micro plate with a cable as an antenna. I unscrew this time under voltage I tilt the front panel and touch the reset spot with a small screwdriver and at this point the Wi Fi icon appears on the front. Next laptop search in networks AP 4242......itd Wizard OK Next the inverter appears further Solarman page and it works! In a word I had to disassemble although it is under warranty. I screwed everything together and it is OK Regards.
