Hi! I'm repairing a Hilti charger, and I've found out that the diode marked D204 is shorted. However, there's no info about it, I can't tell what type it is (is it a Zener diode, or a fast switching diode or what)? See the attached image. What I know is, that the cathode of this diode goes to...

Whether the diode was desoldered for the measurements, if not, the measurements are uncertain.

The anode goes to the cathode of another diode, which is then connected to one of the pins of the small transformer that feeds the processor part (the brain) of the whole charger. See picture.

Hi!

What I know is, that the cathode of this diode goes to the VCC pin of the SMPS controller, which is an ICE2A180Z, see specs here:

Does anyone know the specs of "D204"?
