Buy a 230V circuit that suits you and add a 3f contactor to it. Such contactors can connect up to 25kW. Cheap contactors are about 60£, but their quality is questionable. If you want quality buy one like this: Link .

I did it like this at my place:

I admire the skills but I'm all about the ready-made from the shop though. In the age of electrical plug-ins on WIFI for £100, the same thing with a temperature sensor, a sensible app and 400V support is enough.
