Aria System Air Damper Repair/Buy for 18kW CTM Fireplace - Possible Electric Control Issue

Please give me a hint where to repair or buy the Aria system air damper from an 18 kW fireplace with water jacket from CTM. I have been using this fireplace since 2007 and until last season everything was fine. Then I only noticed that the wood was burning faster for me. My preliminary assessment is that the electric control of this damper is not working. Please give me some help and information. Thank you.

A colleague checked if the throttle control was not working or if it was mechanically jammed.

I checked. The throttle, i.e. the part inside the pipe, rotates under pressure, with little resistance. The electrical control from the Aria seems to be working, as I can see the various modes of operation switched on at the dashboard, including starting the circulator pumps, alarm and dropping water. The Aria, in my case, also displays the throttle actuation mode (the LED on the dashboard lights up), but the throttle mechanism cannot be heard. I must add that about the last 2-3 years I have heard a creaking, squeaking sound of the throttle being actuated (previously it worked quietly), but this quieted down during the last season.

Check if there is power coming out from the controller to the throttle.

It may be that the display - dashboard shows various modes, and there is no power to the throttle.

I had this logical suspicion, but my skills in this area are limited. An electronics friend is supposed to check it for me, but he's a little busy. Maybe some suggestions on how to do it
