    Hello,
Many thanks for your help, unfortunately there is no other serial number on the back of this TV, the board's part number is correct, many thanks!

try this one: it's from another brand but with same mainboard (T.EME380.61), same panel (ECG185BB-LC4(FP)) and same remote control

    Hi,
Sorry for taking so long to write this feedback, but I've run into some problems that I'm also going to describe, but first of all I want to thank you for this firmware and for the help that you've been giving me, many thanks! As you said, this firmware is compatible with this panel display and with this keyboard set. But besides working almost perfectly, there is a function that is not working, probably is customized for the UNITED branded TV's, the function is the tuning of the cable channels, then I found another firmware from VORTEX TV which does the tuning correctly but the keyboard set is all wrong, I took some photos that I'm going to attach to this text, I'm also going to attach the VORTEX firmware.
Next, I'll compare both firmwares so you can see the differences:
    UNITED Firmware
A CROWN-branded TV displaying the UNITED logo on the screen.

    First Time Setup
First time setup screen on a TV with language and mode settings.

No analog nor digital channels tuned.
TV screen showing the process of auto-scanning channels.

    Couldn't find any channels
TV screen displaying No Channels. Need to scan channels message in the center.

    VOXTEX TV firmware
Television screen displaying VORTEX logo on a blue background.

In the "First Time Setup" screen, a new option is presented: "Tuner Type"
TV setup screen with selected options displayed.

When I set the "Tuner Type" to "Cable", the TV starts to tune digital channels, but the TV's keyboard is all wrong and I don't have a remote control, is there any way of combining these two firmwares?
