    Hello all,

After spending some time researching how to solve my issue, I came across this forum, and I hope someone will have the technical expertise to assist me, for which I would be highly grateful:

We moved into a house (3 years ago already) that has a SATEL Integra 64 system, with smoke/fire detectors installed.

For a while now, we are getting faulty fire notifications very often on the App (at least once a week), and this morning at 05:45 we were unpleasantly woken up by the alarm siren that thought it had detected a fire (no worries - there was none).

We will contact businesses that could help do maintenance on our system, but they usually have some waiting time of course; Question:

---Is there a way to turn OFF the detectors for now? Or turn the whole alarm system off for a while? I'm now scared that it would get triggered for no reason while we're away.

Thank you very much in advance!

You can block the control panel lines to which smoke detectors are connected, the entire system will work except for the blocked detectors.
The locks are in user functions, i.e. we enter the user code on the keyboard and * and then use the arrows to look for locks. The entire procedure is described in the user manual, if you don`t have it, it is publicly available on the Internet.
Integra offers permanent and temporary bypasses, permanent - you block and the line is blocked until you unblock it, temporary - you block and the line is blocked only until the next time the system is disarmed, i.e. before each arming you have to block the damaged zone.
Access to permanent locks is configured by the installer or administrator in user rights, I do not know what codes you have for the system and it may turn out that you do not have access to it.

Thank you very much! I was then able to bypass the zones. I think we can close the topic now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
