How do I pair the LOCKIN Smart Lock BOX L1 safe with my new phone via Tuya?

    Hello, The problem is with the LOCKIN Smart Lock BOX L1 safe.
    Everything worked great on the old phone, I paired the safe with no problem and worked through the Tuya app.
    The problem occurred when I changed my phone to the new one. I cannot pair the safe with the new phone. Can anyone suggest how to do this? There are no instructions for this situation. When pairing, it tells me to turn on the device/safe/. I don't know how I can get it into the pairing state so that the green light blinks? Maybe someone has had this situation? Please help. Thank you in advance.

    On your new phone you launched the Smart Tuya app and logged into your account, yes?
    Then you see all your devices. You don't have to pair them again.

    Yes I logged in but I don't have any devices I don't know where the problem is ?

    Thanks a lot, as I was looking for the wonderful buttons on the safe to pair up, and it turned out we had 2 different accounts on Tuya. Everything is now working fine. Thank you very much. Greetings

    Tip for the future, maybe it will come in handy one day: if you would like to pair the device with another Tuya account, you must first remove it from the previous account.
