[Solved] How do I fix Loading failed (99999) on a Smart Life camera/home intercom?

    My camera and intercom in Smart life have stopped working. I have this error: Loading failed. Please try again later (99999). How do I fix this?

    I did not change anything. Suddenly it stopped working, moreover the network test is OK. What puzzles me is why the intercom with the camera and the other camera stopped working in one moment.
    The intercom works. When someone calls, I get a notification on my phone. Unfortunately I can no longer enter the intercom menu in Smart life due to an error (99999).

    OK I fixed it myself. I uninstalled Smart life from my phone and installed it. It works.

    You need to uninstall and install the Smart Life app on your phone.
