Welcome. Each of these makes some sense. The question is what to power. Budget scattered between 300 and 400 PLN, certainly for 300 PLN I wouldn't buy a System Power 9 (even though it's a good PSU) - you can get similar class PSUs at a lower price. For modularity it's usually not worth paying extra if you have a decent case. Most people either don't know where the unplugged cables go a year later, or clip them all to the PSU so they don't get lost....

In such a budget (300 - 400pln) I would bet on Seasonic or Corsair instead, I would not take Endorfa.e.g:
