Does it have to be Tuya? I would get an ESp8266 from Tasmota and a DHT22, or better still a BME280 then you can measure the pressure too.
Ditch the Tuya if you have a Domoticz
And isn't the esp8266 or esp32 wireless? You connect the sensor to the esp.
Do you mean battery-powered? If so then look for something on zigbee rather than wifi.
