I have a Renault Clio Mk4 with the next problem. While driving, the battery indicator may turn on and then, almost immediately, turn off.
I used an ELM scanner to check for error codes and found the following: DTC250421 (DF046). I checked the context and noticed that at this moment, the battery voltage shows as 0V, however there is no difference in car behavior.
The earth straps from the battery were checked and cleaned. However, this did not help. It seems the problem is more likely related to the wiring than to the charging system itself. Do you have any ideas from where to start?
AI: How old is the battery, and have you had it tested recently to confirm its condition?
Battery is 3 years old. There is no issue with it.
