Resolving Alarm F08 on SEW MDX61B Drive with KA47B CMP71M Motor

Problem: Alarm F08
Ipos & Servo..

I face F08 alarm on sew drive. Checked all wiring between motor and drive.. all ok. Motor insulation test ok. Motor removed from gearbox and again F08.
In fact, it needs resolver calibration.
Can any one tell me how I can do that? And should I do it with same parameters and inverter with machine wiring, remove motor from the gearbox and do resolver adjustment? I see option is there but I need advice on it ?

So for the day: the 802 parameter and the "Delivery state" option

Parameterisation from scratch and it should work.

You could try increasing the times in parameters 501 and 503.

Fire up scop and at what current it jumps into F08, then have a look at 303 (organically current).
