Hello,
Does anyone have experience with this NVR/DVR, it is unbranded and does not contain stickers with connection points.
Lost admin password and cannot get this device to factory reset.
In the meantime found super password tool for this chip (version 2) and with that I can sometimes log in to the web interface, but there is only access to the camera images, no further menu or settings.
Managed to get some details from the device:
Build Date:2016/4/22 14:43:18
System: V4.02.R11.00031123.30001.120300.00000
Serial ID: afc5fd16ca5f1e66
With that same password I cannot log in to the NVR which keeps indicating wrong password.
There is no reset button and no jumpers. Telnet is blocked / secured I cannot get in either..Is there somewhere a secret key combination or other ways to access this device?
I would be very grateful if someone can give me a push in the right direction
AI: Do you know the exact chip model (e.g., HiSilicon, XM, etc.) used in your NVR/DVR, and which specific super password tool (name or source) you tried?
HI3520
AI: Have you had a chance to open the device and check the mainboard for any accessible serial ports, test points, or labeled pads that might allow UART or other low-level access?
Non present
